Proposed disposal of Feederlink Shipping & Trading b.v. cleared by the OFT

Irish Continental Group plc announces that the proposed disposal of Feederlink Shipping & Trading b.v., previously announced on 30 August 2012, to Danish logistics company Unifeeder A/S has been cleared today by the Office of Fair Trading in the U.K.

Closing of the transaction is expected to take place in mid-December 2012.
