Cardiff, UK - 8 January 2015: IQE plc (AIM: IQE), the leading global supplier of advanced semiconductor wafer products and services to the semiconductor industry, will issue a trading update for the full year ended 31 December 2014, on Tuesday, 20 January 2015.
