"The Company was pleased to announce earlier today that the Board in considering options for the Company had agreed heads of terms with Dowgate Wealth Limited in relation to proposals regarding the appointment of a new portfolio manager, the adoption of a new investment policy, a tender offer to existing shareholders and the recapitalisation of the Company.
