Charles Gregson - notification of additional appointment

International Personal Finance plc ("IPF") announces that Charles Gregson, a non-executive director of IPF, was appointed as an independent non-executive director of St. James's Place plc on 1 January 2010. 

In addition to his appointment to the board of St. James's Place plc, and his role with IPF, Mr Gregson is Chairman of ICAP plc and a director of Caledonia Investments plc and was formerly Chief Executive of PR Newswire, a director of United Business Media Plc and a non-executive director of Provident Financial plc.
