Notice of Results and Investor Meet Company presentation

Intercede, the leading cybersecurity software company specialising in digital identities, will be announcing its results for the 12 months ended 31 March 2026 on 23 June 2026.

Klaas van der Leest (CEO), Allen Storey (CPO) and Nitil Patel (CFO) will provide a live presentation relating to the results via Investor Meet Company on 25 June 2026, 15:00 BST.

The presentation is open to all existing and potential shareholders. Questions can be submitted pre-event via your Investor Meet Company dashboard up until 9am the day before the meeting (being 24 June 2026) or at any time during the live presentation.
