Delay in Publication of Annual Report and Accounts

Integrated Accommodation Services Plc (the "Company) hereby announces that the publication of its annual report and accounts for the year ended 31^st December 2024 (the "Accounts"), which was previously expected to be on or around 30^th April 2025, will now be delayed.

The postponement is a result of necessary additional procedures relating to security requirements surrounding a complex Confidentiality Agreement with the government body. These requirements necessitated detailed review and verification by the Company's newly appointed audit firm, which consequently extended the preparatory phase of the audit process.

The Company is working diligently with its auditors, BDO LLP, to complete the audit process as soon as possible and currently anticipates that the Accounts will now be published on or before 31^st May 2025.

The Company understands the importance of timely financial reporting and apologises for any inconvenience caused by this delay. It will provide a further update to shareholders as and when there are any material developments regarding the publication of the Accounts.
