Update on shareholder returns

Informa PLC ('the Company') (LSE: INF.L), the international B2B Events, B2B Digital Services and Academic Markets Group today provided an update on its share buyback programme

Share Buyback Programme

As part of Informa's Capital Allocation programme, the Company has a commitment to delivering consistent shareholder returns, including through share buybacks. In 2026, the Company has committed a minimum of £200m to its share buyback programme.

On 30 January 2026, the Company purchased 173,000 ordinary shares for cancellation through Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch (trading for these purposes as Deutsche Numis) at an average price of 884.24 pence per share. The highest and lowest purchase price paid per share were 885.60 and 877.80 respectively, with the aggregate details of shares purchased by trading venue as outlined in the table below:

Following settlement of the above purchases and cancellation of the purchased ordinary shares, the Company's total number of ordinary shares in issue, and its total voting rights, will be 1,286,110,671 ordinary shares.  The Company does not hold any shares in Treasury.
