India Capital Growth Fund Limited ("ICGF" or the "Company") announces, in accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14. that Patrick Firth, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director of The Schiehallion Fund Limited, a company listed on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange, with effect from 1 July 2026.
