The Company announces that, during the period from 26 May 2026 to 29 May 2026 (both inclusive) it has, purchased a total of 177,262 of its ordinary shares of £0.10 each (the "ordinary shares"), through UBS AG London Branch ("UBS") as detailed below:

Since 3 March 2026, the Company has purchased 4,994,449 shares at a cost of £40,064,539.38.
