Interim Dividend

The Board of Impax Environmental Markets plc is pleased to declare a second interim dividend for the 2025 financial year of 3.2 pence per Ordinary Share (2024: 3.2 pence), payable on 6 March 2026 to shareholders who appear on the register on 13 February 2026, with an ex-dividend date of 12 February 2026.
