ImmuPharma PLC (LSE AIM: IMM), the specialist drug discovery and development company, confirms that the Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") has today been posted to shareholders. The Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2025 has also been posted to shareholders today.

These documents will be available shortly, in electronic form, for download on the Company's website www.immupharma.co.uk.

ImmuPharma's AGM will be held on Thursday 25th June 2026 @ 11:00am (BST) at the offices of Broadfield Law UK LLP, One Bartholomew Close, London EC1A 7BL.
