Appointment of Chief Financial Officer

IFCG Limited (LON: ICFG), the international financial services group, is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Tat Cheung (Stephen) Wong as Chief Financial Officer ("CFO") of the Company, with immediate effect.

Stephen is a qualified accountant with extensive experience in international corporate financial reporting, fund services, and corporate structuring. He was previously the CFO of Amicorp FS (UK) PLC, a company listed on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange, a position he held from 2020 until his recent departure. Prior to this, Stephen held a number of senior positions within the Amicorp group, including Client Relationship Manager, Associate Director and Director. In these roles, he was responsible for overseeing financial reporting, governance, and operational finance across multiple jurisdictions.

Earlier in his career Stephen worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), where he gained experience in audit and assurance services for international clients. Stephen is a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Association of Certified Anti‑Money Laundering Specialists. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (Accounting and Finance) from the University of Hong Kong. He is based in Singapore and is fluent in both English and Chinese.
