2025 Deferred Bonus Arrangements

The Company announces that on 27 March 2026, the following Directors and persons discharging managerial responsibility ("PDMRs") acquired, through the London Stock Exchange, the number of ordinary shares of 10 pence ("Shares") listed in the table below at a price of 783.4 pence per Share under the Company's deferred bonus arrangements.
