NOTIFICATION UPDATE ON RESTORATION OF LISTING FROM THE OFFICIAL LIST

The Hospital Company (Dartford) Issuer plc (the "Company") provides the following update in relation to the temporary suspension of the Company's £152,525,000 (including £20,000,000 variation Bonds) 3.003 per cent. Index-Linked Guaranteed Secured Bonds due 2031 (the "Bonds") on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange from 07:30 am on 1 August 2024 to 2:30pm on 31 March 2025. Effective from 2.30 pm on 31 March 2025, The Hospital Company (Dartford) Issuer plc confirms that The Financial Conduct Authority restored the Company's Bonds to the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange as set out below.
