                          DISCLOSURE OF VOTING RIGHTS


The Company has received a notification from Barclays PLC advising that Barclays
Global Investors now holds, as a result of a transaction that took place on 6
August 2007, 44,313,816 voting rights in the Company (representing 5.05% of the
voting rights of the Company). The threshold that was crossed or reached was a
change in the total voting rights from 3% to 5%.

The notification was issued pursuant to DTR 5.1.2 and was dated 7 August 2007.
