The board of Hiscox Plc has been notified that Mr Bronek Masojada has
today purchased 5,000 ordinary shares at a price of 133p per share.
Following this purchase his total beneficial shareholding is 1,118,191
ordinary shares, which represents 0.77 per cent of the company's issued
share capital.
