Purchase of own securities - correction of issued share capital

On 20 November 2015, Herald Investment Trust plc (the "Company") announced a buy-back of 328,820 shares. The number of shares following the buy-back contained a transposition error and should have said 76,615,726 (not 76,615,276 as was published).

A subsequent announcement was made this morning following a further buy-back. The number of shares in issue following the buy-back announced today is actually

76,411,546 ordinary shares of 25p.

This figure - 76,411,546 - may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company's shares under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency rules.
