The Company has been notified that following the completion of the Firm Placing and Placing and Open Offer announced earlier today, certain Directors and PDMRs made the following subscriptions of new ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") pursuant to the Firm Placing and Placing and Open Offer at the issue price of 7.25 pence per share and have the following resulting interests:
