In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14, the Company advises that Jonathan Bloomer, Non-Executive Director of Hargreaves Lansdown plc, was appointed Non-Executive Chairman of Arrow Global Group plc (which listed on the London Stock Exchange on 11^th October 2013) with effect from 5^th October 2013.
