The following announcement relates to shares repurchased on Friday 23 September 2022 and was not released due to a technical error.

On 23 September 2022 Harbour purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of 0.002 pence each for cancellation.

These shares form part of the Company's share buy-back programme announced on 16 June 2022, which was extended by $100m to $300m on 25 August 2022. In accordance with Article 5(1)(b) of the Market Abuse Regulation (EU) No 596/2014, as it forms part of Retained EU Law as defined in the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018, a full breakdown of the individual purchases of ordinary shares made by Jefferies on behalf of the Company as part of the buy-back programme is detailed below.
