Exercise of option over 6,000 Ordinary shares, granted on 3 December 2002 under the GlaxoSmithKline Share Option Plan at a price of £11.79 per share, and sale of 6,000 Ordinary shares at a price of £13.365 per share.	Exercise of option over 4,500 Ordinary shares granted on 3 December 2002 under the GlaxoSmithKline Share Option Plan at a price of £11.79 per share, and sale of 4,500 Ordinary shares at a price of £13.35 per share.

The Company and the above-mentioned persons were advised of this transaction on 29 November 2012.

This notification relates to a transaction notified in accordance with Disclosure Rule 3.1.4R(1)(a) and (c).
