Net asset value ("NAV") per share: 66.78 pence

· There was a positive Net asset value ("NAV") total return (including dividends)¹ per share of 1.9%².

· Dividends paid/payable in respect of the year total 5.00 pence per share. This brings cumulative dividends paid¹ to Shareholders in respect of the past five years to 39.00 pence per share.
