Gresham House, (AIM: GHE) the specialist alternative asset manager, announces that further to the Annual General Meeting results announcement of 12 May 2021, a Court hearing for the consideration of the proposed capital reduction is scheduled for 15 June 2021. Further announcements will be made in due course.
