Results of Annual General Meeting
The Company announces that all the resolutions proposed at the Annual General Meeting held earlier today were passed. Following shareholder approval of the proposed capital reduction, the Company confirms that it will commence the Court process to approve it and assuming Court approval, expects the capital reduction to be effective by the end of July. Further announcements will be made in due course.
