GB Group plc announces that on 8 December 2009, Richard Linford, a non-executive director of the Company, purchased 25,000 ordinary shares of 2.5p each in the Company at a price of 19.32 pence per share. Following the purchase, Mr Linford has a total beneficial holding of 100,000 ordinary shares which represents 0.12 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
