Share Purchase by Martin Pike

Gateley (AIM: GTLY), the professional services group, announces that it has been notified that Martin Pike (Non-Executive Director/Incoming Interim Chief Executive Officer), purchased 50,000 ordinary shares in the Company on 23 July 2026 at an average price of 58 pence per share.

Following the transaction, Martin Pike's beneficial interest in the Company amounts to a total of 120,000 ordinary shares, representing 0.09% of the issued share capital of the Company.
