Gateley (AIM: GTLY), the law-led professional services group , announces that on 29 October 2018, Nigel Payne, non-executive Chairman of the Company, purchased 16,819 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 147.90 pence per ordinary share. Following this purchase, Nigel Payne holds 55,926 ordinary shares in the Company, representing approximately 0.05 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
