Gateley (AIM: GTLY), the legal and professional services group, announces that on 16 July 2019, Nigel Payne, non-executive Chairman of the Company, purchased 14,992 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 166.75 pence per ordinary share. Following this purchase, Nigel Payne holds 70,918 ordinary shares in the Company, representing approximately 0.064 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
