Framework Strategic Partnership and New Commercial Campaign Launch with Hub Affiliations Group
Gana Media Group plc (operating commercially through its digital sports media and technology asset, Estadio Gana) is pleased to announce that it has entered into a comprehensive Framework Strategic Partnership Agreement (the "Framework Agreement") with Top Advisor Ltd (operating commercially under the brand, Hub Affiliations Group (Hub)).
Under the terms of the Framework Agreement, Hub Affiliations Group will act as a strategic media and commercial partner, providing advertising services, premium media placements, digital communication, and market development support to accelerate Estadio Gana's brand visibility and traffic acquisition in the Mexican market. The flexible framework is structured to broadly encompass both premium third-party media campaigns and future digital communication or affiliate marketing services leveraging the HubAffiliations.com platform network.
Launch of Phase 1: Sporticos Mexico World Cup 2026 Premium Campaign
Coinciding with the execution of the Framework Agreement, the parties have finalised "Schedule 1," activating a high-impact, premium advertising and high-visibility media campaign on Sporticos.com, a major Mexican football media platform, with the campaign coordinated by Hub Affiliations Group.
Campaign Scope & Focus:
The campaign is designed as a fixed-fee media visibility package utilising high-exposure placements-including video placements, pop-up banners, sidebar listings and sticky banners-specifically tailored to increase Estadio Gana's brand exposure and audience engagement. It is explicitly a visibility campaign and does not constitute a guarantee of conversion, deposits, revenue, or customer acquisition.
Strategic Timing:
The campaign will run for a fixed three-month duration, commenced on the 1st June 2026 and will conclude on 31st August 2026. This period is strategically timed to cover the pre-tournament build-up, the tournament period, and the post-tournament engagement window leveraging Mexico's status as one of the host nations.
Phase 2 Framework & Introduced Opportunities
The Framework Agreement establishes a 24-month protection period regarding Introduced Opportunities. Where Hub introduces or materially supports a Mexican commercial opportunity and Gana Media Group plc or Estadio Gana enters into a commercial relationship with such opportunity within 24 months, Hub shall be entitled to such success fee, referral fee, revenue share or commission as may be agreed in writing by the parties in respect of that opportunity.
Following the completion of the initial three-month Sporticos campaign, the parties intend to review delivery analytics and develop a Phase 2 commercial development plan for Mexico.
This may include expanded Sporticos inventory, localised operator partnerships, longer-term sponsorship packages, and performance-based marketing or lead generation arrangements utilising the HubAffiliations.com network.
Mark Epstein, CEO of Gana Media Group plc commented, "We are delighted to establish this strategic partnership as we enter an incredibly exciting era for digital sports media in Mexico. As a proud host nation for the FIFA World Cup 2026, the expected surge in football traffic and audience engagement presents an significant commercial opportunity. This premium campaign on Sporticos.com gives Estadio Gana immediate, high-impact visibility among football fans and sports betting audiences during a peak tournament cycle."
The Directors of the Company take responsibility for this announcement.
