Gamma Communications plc ("Gamma" or the "Company") has been informed of the following transactions by certain PDMR/PCAs.

Malcolm Goddard (a PDMR within the Company), gifted the following shares in the Company into a trust: 144,131 on 6 December 2019 at 1220p per share and 25,435 on 9 December 2019 at 1245p per share.

Malcolm also sold 53,000 shares in the Company on 9 December 2019 at 1237.5p per share; and transferred 2,975 shares in the Company between two accounts without change in beneficial ownership on 10 December 2019, by means of a sale at 1210p per share and a purchase at 1226p per share.

Jenny Goddard (wife of Malcolm Goddard) purchased 53,635 shares in the Company on 10 December 2019 at 1237.5p per share.
