The Company notifies the market that at the date of this announcement the Company's issued ordinary share capital comprises 296,266,014 ordinary shares with a nominal value of 0.1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares"), of which 22,735,027 shares are held in treasury. Therefore the total number of Ordinary Shares with voting rights in the Company is 273,530,987 Ordinary Shares.

The number of 273,530,987 Ordinary Shares above may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the ordinary share capital of the Company under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
