Games Workshop Group Plc ('Games Workshop' or the 'Company')



The Warhammer Pension Scheme (a pension scheme for senior employees of Games
Workshop) has an existing holding of 57,590 shares in Games Workshop
representing 0.19% of the issued share capital.  Owing to the strong performance
of the Company's share price over the last twelve months, this holding now
represents over 28% of the total value of the Warhammer Pension Fund.  It is the
trustees intention to reduce this percentage to 10% or less in accordance with
the fund's investment policy by selling a portion of the investment.  T Kirby
and M Sherwin, both directors of the Company, are trustees as well as members of
the pension scheme.
