GALANTAS GOLD ANNOUNCES THE POSTING OF ANNUAL GENERAL AND SPECIAL MEETING CIRCULAR

Toronto, Ontario - September 28, 2026 - Galantas Gold Corporation (TSX-V: GAL | AIM: GAL | OTCQX: GALKF) ("Galantas" or the "Company") announces that it has today sent an Annual General and Special Meeting Circular by mail to shareholders and filed the document on SEDAR+ (www.sedarplus.ca).

As announced on August 21, 2026, the meeting will be held on October 20, 2026, at 11 a.m. (Toronto time) at the offices of DSA Corporate Services Inc., 82 Richmond Street East, Toronto, Ontario, M5C 1P1.
