Sale of shares to cover tax on vesting of shares

On 15 May 2026, 6,325 shares were sold to cover tax arising on vesting of 15,050 Ordinary shares of 15p each awarded under the Future plc 2023 Performance Share Plan ("PSP") on 19 September 2024.  The original vesting date of 14 April 2026 under the PSP was delayed as the Company was in a closed period on that date, prior to the announcement of its half-year results on 14 May 2026.  The remaining 8,725 shares will be retained, as part of the Directors' shareholding requirement under the Company's 2026 Directors' Remuneration Policy.
