FRONTIER DEVELOPMENTS PLC (AIM: FDEV, 'Frontier', the 'Company', or the 'Group') announces that on 20 March 2026 it purchased the following number of its Ordinary Shares of 0.5p pence each ("Ordinary Shares") through Peel Hunt LLP as part of the buyback programme announced on 26 February 2026.

Following settlement of the above purchases, Frontier has purchased a total of 505,911 Ordinary Shares since the commencement of the buyback programme and has 39,478,535 Ordinary Shares in issue. There are 3,024,438 shares held in treasury. The total voting rights in the Company are therefore 36,454,097 and this can be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they can determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
