AGM Statement

Frenkel Topping Group plc (the "Company") will be holding its Annual General Meeting in Manchester at 10am today.  At the meeting, David Southworth, Chairman of the Company will make the following statement:

"The first quarter of 2011 has seen our strongest performance since the Company was incorporated in 2004 in terms of new business fees and growth in the Funds in the Investment Management Service.  Overall trading for the year to date is in line with our expectations and the Board continues to view the future with confidence."
