Resignation of Directors

Kedco announces that Donal Buckley, has resigned as Chief Executive Officer of the Company. In addition, William Kingston has resigned as Non-Executive Chairman of Kedco although he will remain as a director of the Company. Both resignations have immediate effect.

Gerry Madden and Alf Smiddy will assume the roles of Chief Executive and Non-Executive Chairman respectively on an interim basis as the board assesses the merit in searching for suitable external replacements.
