Offer for Subscription Update

In view of the fact that the Offer for Subscription that launched on 12 December 2015 ("Offer") is now close to its initial capacity of £15 million, the Company announces that it intends to use to the over-allotment facility to increase the capacity of the Offer by a further £15 million. The revised capacity of the Offer is therefore £30 million.

The closing date for applications in respect of the 2015/16 Tax Year remains as 3pm on 5 April 2016 and, in respect of the 2016/17 Tax Year, 3pm on 30 April 2016.
