Issue of Equity - update

Further to the announcement on 19 February 2014 in which the Company announced an allotment of 1,553,442 new ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") pursuant to the Offer for Subscription that opened on 8 January 2014 ("Offer"), the Company confirms that application has been made for the Ordinary Shares to be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's market for listed securities, and such Admission is expected on 12 March 2014.
