The announcement made on 3rd December 2013 should have said that total shares allotted to date under the Offer by the Company now total 8,188,359 not 8,188,899 C Ordinary Shares as previously stated. Following this allotment there are now 8,188,359 C Ordinary Shares of 1p each in issue.
