Amendment to original announcement

Further to the previous announcement on 18 February 2014, shares allotted under the Offer by the Company should have been 860,199 C Ordinary Shares not 894,299 C Ordinary Shares.
Total shares allotted to date under the Offer by the Company now total 11,375,398 C Ordinary Shares. Following this allotment there are now 11,375,398 C Ordinary Shares of 1p each in issue.
