Notification under paragraphs 3.1.2 to 3.1.4 of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules

Foresight Solar VCT plc (the 'Company') announces that it was notified on 2 April 2013 that Tim Dowlen, a Director of the Company, had subscribed £10,000 in the open offer for subscription in the Company's "C" Ordinary Shares.

As a result of this subscription, Tim Dowlen is now the beneficial owner of 9,450 "C" Ordinary Shares that were acquired on that date.
