The Board of Foresight 4 VCT plc announces that the unaudited net asset value per ordinary share as at 17 July 2017 was 69.18p (this being the unaudited NAV as at 30 June 2017, adjusted for the dividend of 4p per ordinary share paid on 17 July 2017). This unaudited NAV is being published for the purposes of the tender offer made by the Company on 21 July 2017.
