Foresight 4 VCT plc: Death of Roger Brooke, Director

The Board of Foresight 4 VCT is saddened by the sudden and unexpected death of its longstanding Director and former Chairman Roger Brooke, who had steered the VCT so ably for many years both before and after the appointment of Foresight Group as its investment manager in 2004.

The Board, the Partners of Foresight Group and his many colleagues and friends within the Group extend their thoughts and deepest sympathy to his family. Roger was one of the founders of the venture capital industry in the UK and his legacy will live on long after his passing.
