Issue of Equity
FD (AIM: FDP.L, Euronext Growth: FDP.I) announces that on 2 September 2020 the Company allotted 31,000
new ordinary shares of 0.5p each in the Company (the "Ordinary Shares") pursuant to the exercise of
share options by certain employees.
Application has been made for the new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and
Euronext Growth and it is expected that admission will take place on 8 September 2020. The new Ordinary
Shares will rank pari passu with the existing shares of the Company. Following these allotments, the
total issued share capital of the Company will increase to 27,576,507 ordinary shares.
