                            Statement re Investment


Following a recent purchase, Eurovestech now holds 3,150,000 shares in Synigence
plc ('Synigence'), the healthcare content and software provider. This represents
4.2% of the issued share capital of Synigence.

Commenting on the investment, Richard Bernstein, Chief Executive of Eurovestech
said: 'We believe that Synigence has the potential to become a valuable and
scaleable distribution channel for the healthcare market. In the coming months,
we intend to try and work with Synigence in order to seek to realise this
potential.'
