Eurovestech Plc ('Eurovestech')

The Board of Eurovestech notes the recent publication by the Financial Services
Authority of Consultation Paper 164 Investment Companies (including Investment
Trusts). Whilst Eurovestech is not a listed company and therefore not subject to
the Listing Rules, the Board of Eurovestech confirms that it is the Company's
currrent policy to invest no more than 15 per cent. of its gross assets in
listed investment companies including listed investment trusts.
