Former Compaq Executive Becomes Eurovestech plc's Director of Investments
Eurovestech plc, is pleased to announce that Jean-Michel Petit, aged 40, has
joined its board as Director of Investments. He has extensive entrepreneurial
and corporate leadership experience, having been a member of AltaVista EMEA
management team and Managing Director of Vignette France and previously as
Director of CRM and E-Commerce at Compaq France.
'Jean-Michel is a company builder with significant experience in the technology
sector. As a European national with a global perspective, he will be a valuable
addition to the Eurovestech team. Given the progress being made by our
portfolio, we believe that it is now appropriate for us to gain maximum
advantage from Jean-Michel's skills and contacts,' said Richard Bernstein, CEO
of Eurovestech plc.
Mr Petit is currently a director of CJudge SAS (France), a wholly owned
subsidiary of CJudge Limited (a company in which Eurovestech has a majority
shareholding).
Mr Petit has confirmed that there are no other matters requiring disclosure
under Schedule 2 (f) of the AIM Rules.
