                            Additional Listing


The Company announces it has made an application for the admission of 418,678
Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM.  These shares have been issued
pursuant to the authority granted on 9th January, 2002 in satisfaction of
certain invoices rendered to the Company by providers of services.

It is expected that dealings in the said shares will commence on 19th November,
2002.
