                              Additional Listing


The Company announces it has made an application for the admission of 53,571
Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM.  These shares have been issued
pursuant to the authority granted at the annual general meeting held on 16th
July, 2001 in satisfaction of certain invoices rendered to the Company by
providers of services.

It is expected that dealings in the said shares will commence on 18th April,
2002.
